Tadpoles® Daily Reports
Stay In-the-Loop with Daily Digital Reports
Tadpoles® daily digital reports share all the details about your child’s day so you never miss a moment (or a naptime). Going from home to childcare and back shouldn’t lead to schedule disruption or unknowns about your child’s daily schedule. Tadpoles allows your child’s classroom teachers to document the ins and outs of their day so you never have to wonder when their last nap, bottle or bathroom break happened.
The Daily Details You Need
Daily digital reports are customized to your child and document all the important information of their daily events, activities and behaviors. Reports include age-appropriate details such as:
- Naptimes & durations
- Diaper changes/bathroom trips
- Activity participation
- Meal/bottle consumption
- Daily photos
Why We Love Tadpoles
Free & Easy to Use
Tadpoles is included in your Doodle Bugs! tuition, and each child is automatically enrolled using the email address provided at registration. Reports can be accessed using the Tadpoles app, or they can be emailed at the end of each day.
Customized to Your Child
While most of the information provided is standard to each child and provided consistently and reliably each day, Tadpoles allows the space for teachers to provide details or important information specific to your child. This may include new or unique behaviors or milestones.
An Additional Communication Tool
Tadpoles is not meant to replace regular, in-person communication between parents and their child’s classroom staff. Teachers are encouraged to engage with parents at pick up and drop off times, and use the daily reports to keep record of the details of the day.
Cost & Enrollment
Tadpoles is free of charge to Doodle Bugs! students, and families are automatically enrolled using the email address provided at registration. Reports will be emailed at the end of each day, or can be accessed via the Tadpoles app.
