Team Tuesday: Issue #219

In today’s edition of Team Tuesday, we are pleased to feature Lana Gelin, a talented infant team member at the Webster center. Families instantly feel “at home” in Lana’s classroom and greatly appreciate her kind, thoughtful interactions with children and adults alike. Lana clearly views parents as partners in their baby’s care and prioritizes open communication with families.

Recently, a parent shared these kind words, which beautifully sum up the “doodle experience” with Lana:

I hope she knows she is an amazing caretaker and I appreciate everything she does not only for (my baby), but in her communications with me. I told her but I really mean it…Lana exceeds my expectations daily.

I really think Lana is amazing and you and your staff go above and beyond for us. We appreciate you all so much.

Center Director, Liz Vandetti, was quick to point out that the center “receives feedback like this about Lana all the time!”

Thank you, Lana, for being such an asset to the Webster team. The doodle community is truly a better place because you CARE.
