Meet Kathryn Cipperly: January Employee of the Month
With a new month and a new year comes a fresh new reason to celebrate!
Kathryn Cipperly is a Lead Pre-K teacher at our Henrietta, NY location and our first Employee of the Month of 2021! Through her first several months in a Doodle Bugs! classroom, she has not only excelled in her role, but gone above and beyond to make lasting impressions with the children in her care and their families.
Kathryn regularly arrives ahead of her shift to create a learning environment that is ready to welcome children, gathering supplies and setting the room up for success. We admire her quick and thoughtful implementation of the Pre-K program, Handwriting Without Tears, and digital learning platform, Ignite by HATCH, into her daily routine. She is always conscientious of her students’ progress in the classroom and uses that knowledge to continue to deliver a personalized experience.
Families love her thoughtful communication and the way she addresses the specific needs of her students and families and Kathryn’s teammates appreciate her welcoming personality. Doodle Bugs! is a better place because of Kathryn – we are so grateful she’s on our team!
