This month, we’re happy to celebrate Teacher Assistant from our Mars, PA center, Miss Kaitlyn!

Miss Kaitlyn has been with the Mars center since the summer of 2018. Over the last few years, Kaitlyn has continued to impress us with the hard work she puts in on her quest for continuous growth.  When Kaitlyn began as a Teacher Assistant, she didn’t have much previous experience and was challenged with a difficult classroom. She didn’t let her spirit waiver, Kaitlyn accepted the challenge and turned it into an opportunity to learn and grow.

Her fellow teachers admire her positive spirit and incredible work ethic. She is undeniably dependable and remains determined to give her best, no matter the task.  Recently, Kaitlyn has grown into a training role, helping to teach and guide new Doodle Bugs! team members.

“When I think of the obstacles that have been thrown at her, I am amazed and grateful to see her here every day. She cares about the kids, her [fellow] employees and the company. And, it shows through her work.” Says Valerie, Center Director, at our Mars center. “She is an incredible reflection on our center and team!”
