Meet Emily Balash: September Employee of the Month

 

We are so happy to recognize Miss Emily Balash, Teacher Assistant at our East Amherst, NY location as our September Employee of the Month. Simply put, Emily embodies every aspect of our company creed, the Doodle Bugs! Way.

 

Miss Emily does a wonderful job delivering a personalized experience for every child in her center. She takes time to learn each child’s special interests and uses that knowledge to connect with them on a personal level (and make birthdays EXTRA special!)

 

Emily’s managers appreciate how she always takes ownership of questions and concerns that arise and thoroughly sees them through to resolution.

 

Emily is a great teammate. She fosters a happy and positive environment by naturally and regularly sharing praise, shout outs and uplifting words of wisdom for those around her. Plus, Emily never hesitates to share her expertise with others.
