Doodle Bugs! Team Tuesday: Issue 277

We hope you all are recovering from Halloween Monday. What a way to kick off the week!

We are thrilled to announce our November Employee of the Month for this week’s Team Tuesday. Congratulations to Miss Nicole James, a very deserving member of our Doodle Faculty! Nicole is our Front Desk & Teacher Assistant at our East Amherst, NY Center.

 

Nicole wears many hats. In addition to her teacher role, she seamlessly manages operational tasks and center closing duties at our East Amherst center each day. Nicole’s peers are continuously impressed by her dedication and willingness to go above and beyond. Her ability to anticipate the needs of others, whether it be helping a teacher with behavior management or pitching in to clean a classroom, makes her a huge asset to the team. Parents are so appreciative of Nicole’s thoughtfulness. She always has a quick story about a child or a friendly remark for the families. She does a wonderful job forming bonds and lasting relationships with children in all age groups. We truly appreciate Nicole’s eagerness and excitement to learn new things that help her continue to grow. She is a Center Ambassador, member of the Bug Squad, on the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres playroom staff and is planning to become a mentor for her peers.
