At the West Amherst Center, Nicole Jaszczak was recognized by Lisa Schmitt

Awesome Accountability!!! Nicole is so creative! She has created so many adorable displays, activities, and parts for bulletin boards in my classroom. Every time she comes into my classroom, she accomplishes what she says she will accomplish. I know I can count on her. Thank you for all of your help!

At the Cheektowaga Center, Concetta Silvestri was recognized by Angela Frost

Embracing the Doodle Bugs! Way: I would like to recognize Miss Concetta, a teacher assistant at the Cheektowaga center. Miss Concetta has truly embraced the Doodle Bugs! way since joining our team in August. Everything she does, she does with a big smile and a “can do” attitude. Concetta is eager to do whatever needs to be done for the good of the team. She can be relied on to do what she says she will do and regularly adapts to changes in the workplace. Concetta’s upbeat attitude and constant positive demeanor do not go unnoticed and help the center to perform as one team. Her attitude is honestly infectious!!! Thank you, Concetta for consistently Living the Doodle Bugs! way. We appreciate all that you do for us!

At the Orchard Park Center, Ashley Howard was recognized by Beth Lawson

Sharing holiday traditions: While I was in Ashley Howard class this week I saw a beautiful classroom book with all the children’s holiday traditions in it. It is right by the door so it easy for the parents to access!! I found myself paging through it with a couple of the children. They were so eager to show me their pages and the other children’s. That idea was great for both the parents and the children. Ashley did a great job of having the children share the different ways they enjoy the holiday season!

At the Webster Center, Victoria VanCassele was recognized by Heather Schoonerman

An amazing co-teacher that can be counted on! I’m thrilled to recognize Tori for taking the time and initiative every day to go above and beyond for the well-being of our students, families and our classroom environment. She is consistently ready to work, proactively helping others, and she is a person that if she sees it; she picks it up! Tori does not sit still! She is constantly on the go and ready to help whether it’s prepping or implementing curriculum, helping with students, or interacting with parents. She is a very hard worker and a person I can truly count on. Tori has been an incredible asset in our classroom helping daily with all aspects of the doodle experience and I am honored to have such a strong and passionate co-teacher that truly CARES. Thank you Tori!
Thank you to Nicole, Concetta, Ashley and Victoria for these examples of the many ways that doodle team members show that they CARE. We also extend our appreciation to Lisa, Angela, Beth, and Heather for taking the time to spot and celebrate these examples of team members demonstrating “the Doodle Bugs! way” — together, we’re building an amazing community of happy children, happy parents, and happy teachers!
