Doodle Bugs! Team Tuesday: Issue #238

Every month, we select a Doodle Bugs! team member who exemplifies our CARE values– Commitment, Accountability, Respect and Excellence. This month, we are honoring Paul Dooher, our facility cleaner at our Webster, NY location.

Paul is an integral part of the Doodle Bugs! team. His behind-the-scenes attention to detail and dedication to excellence is always evident. He is dependable and always shows up to work with a smile on his face, eager to do his job. When we need extra coverage, he is always willing to pick up a shift or work extra hours to ensure the center is clean and ready for our children and faculty the next morning. His work ethic, positive personality and kindness is what makes him so deserving of this recognition. Sometimes he even brings in baked goods for our faculty to enjoy! The doodle community is a better place because he CAREs!
