Doodle Bugs! Team Tuesday: Issue #203

2014 August Employee of the Month

Stephanie Fuqua, West Amherst

Stephanie joined the Doodle Bugs! West Amherst center in 2009 as a lead infant teacher. Since then, she has shown tremendous versatility, spending the last two years in the preschool classrooms and now assumed the role as lead teacher in the pre-k classroom. She is an extremely dedicated teacher with a loving, gentle attitude and has touched the lives of many children and their families.

Stephanie has a passion for science and often incorporates experiments in her classroom activities. Her classroom bursts with excitement. Her passion for learning is often shared with her peers. Stephanie recently presented “FLIP IT!” – a training on Behavior Management to fellow team members. She is also a Team Mentor – working closely with new teachers to acclimate them on the Doodle Bugs! mission and values.

Her commitment to the Doodle Bugs! program and its success is extraordinary. Stephanie adheres to our C.A.R.E. values daily and is a valuable member of the West Amherst team. Thank you, Stephanie, for all your hard work.
