June Employee of the Month 

Betsy Wilcox – Lead Toddler Teacher, Henrietta Center

Betsy is a lead toddler teacher at our Henrietta center and has been with Doodle Bugs! since 2010. Betsy has been referred to as the ‘toddler whisperer’ because of her natural ability to connect and teach young children. She is extremely talented in the classroom and makes every child feel special.

Beyond her loving and caring nature, Betsy is a team player and exhibits all the qualities of a true leader. She runs her classroom with ease and professionalism; she follows best practice all the while still allowing her children to enjoy the experiences that the program has to offer. She extends this terrific attitude with the parents and staff by maintaining positive parent relationships and volunteering for all center events.
