Doodle Bugs! Team Tuesday: Issue #38
“Learning is a treasure
that will follow its owner everywhere.”
~Chinese Proverb
Ongoing professional development guarantees that doodle teachers and administrators are always learning and are committed to continuous improvement. All team members participate in a minimum of 30 training hours per 2-year licensing period. Training opportunities include specialized education sessions at our training facility, conference attendance, monthly faculty meetings and more!
Monthly faculty meetings are skill-based trainings, focused on developmentally appropriate practice, education trends, customer service and health & safety. An opportunity to learn and reflect, these trainings are an important part of the MSA accreditation process. Training objectives are aligned with both State training requirements and MSA high-quality indicators.

Our Health Care Consultant, a licensed Nurse Practitioner, personally visits and monitors each Doodle Bugs! location to ensure that our centers exceed the acceptable standards for cleanliness, safety, and health care; she also personally trains our faculty on a broad range of health and safety topics.

We are so proud of our entire team’s commitment to lifelong learning. Active participation in ongoing in-service training is one of many ways we show that we CARE.
