Meet Taylor Bashaw: August Employee of the Month
We’re excited to recognize Taylor Bashaw as our August Employee of the Month! As an infant teacher, Taylor truly embodies the Doodle Bugs! Way through her personalized care, strong sense of accountability, collaborative spirit, and commitment to operational excellence. She consistently creates a calm, nurturing environment while thoughtfully implementing engaging curriculum activities for the infants in her care.
Taylor has also been an incredible support system for new hires. She has welcomed and mentored new team members with guidance and encouragement, consistently leading by example.
