Meet Brenda Stenson: October Employee of the Month
This month we are so happy to recognize Miss Brenda as October Employee of the Month.
Miss Brenda always delivers a personalized experience by engaging in friendly, good-natured, personalized conversations with parents and children. She is committed to developing relationships with the parents of the children in her room, making families feel confident when leaving their children.
She is a wonderful example of what being a team player is all about. Recently, she offered to step into a brand new classroom that needed a teacher. She quickly established structure and routine in the new classroom all while reassuring parents that their children were happy and learning.
We love the way Brenda speaks positively about her Doodle Bugs! team members, parents, and children. In a year filled with change and uncertainty as a result of the pandemic, Brenda remains positive. Her love for Doodle Bugs! and the children in her care is evident so so greatly appreciated.
