Meet Alysia Zellner: September Employee of the Month
We are so happy to recognize McCandless Director Assistant, Alysia Zellner, as our September Employee of the Month! Alysia’s commitment and dedication to Doodle Bugs! is unmatched and helps the McCandless center to run smoothly day in and day out.
She starts everyone’s Doodle Day with a smile, speaks to every child, welcomes every staff member, and greets every parent! Alysia has built outstanding relationships in her almost three years with Doodle Bugs!. Parents and staff know that Alysia will listen, hear, and address any comments, suggestions, or concerns that they may have.
In addition, Alysia is very dependable. If she has scheduled time off, she makes sure to plan ahead for her absence. She communicates with the person filling in for her and ensures that the center is set up for success even on the days she can’t be present!
One of Alysia’s top skills is staff appreciation and support. Whether it’s the first day of school, teacher appreciation week, or a random Thursday – Alysia always appreciates and acknowledges the hard work that our staff put in daily. She truly makes the McCandless center a fun and engaging place to work while making sure everyone feels heard and supported. We couldn’t be prouder to have her on our Doodle Bugs! team!
