Meet Stephanie Freeburger: January Employee of the Month

We are pleased to recognize Stephanie Freeburger as our January Employee of the Month. Stephanie truly exemplifies our mission of Happy Children! Happy Parents! Happy Teachers! through her consistently positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine care for both families and staff at our West Amherst location.

Stephanie builds strong, trusting relationships with families through clear communication and thoughtful support, helping parents feel confident in their decision to choose Doodle Bugs! Her dedication to the children is evident in the engaging, nurturing environment she fosters each day – one where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. In addition, Stephanie is a dependable team player who is always willing to assist another center or step in to support whenever needed.

Her commitment and enthusiasm have directly contributed to increased enrollment, as families regularly share positive feedback and recommend our program to others. Stephanie leads by example and consistently sets a high standard of excellence within our organization.
