Meet Sophia Scardino: November Employee of the Month
We are excited to recognize Sophia Scardino as our November Employee of the Month! Sophia joined Doodle Bugs! in September 2022 as a part-time Teacher Assistant while completing her Bachelor’s degree in Education. She successfully balanced her academic responsibilities with her role at the center, demonstrating dedication to both her professional growth and the children we serve.
Since moving into a full-time role in a Preschool classroom, Sophia has made a meaningful impact. She contributes to classroom organization, supports curriculum development, and builds strong connections with children and families. Sophia consistently steps up to assist the Lead Teacher and demonstrates collaboration, reliability, and professionalism. Her hard work and commitment make her a valued member of our team!
