Meet Melanie Lukas: January Employee of the Month

We are so happy to recognize Melanie Lukas as our January Employee of the Month! Melanie has grown so much in her time with Doodle Bugs!. She started as a Director Assistant at our McCandless location and then moved into the Director role upon opening our Southpointe location in 2021! 3 years into her role as a Director and she has been nothing short of amazing! Melanie is a selfless Director who demonstrates The Doodle Bugs! Way each day. Her ability to manage the day-to-day operations while maintaining a compassionate approach is truly remarkable. She is a role model to all and a source of inspiration to both the children and staff. Her efforts have elevated the quality of care we provide at Doodle Bugs! and we are lucky to have her on our team!
