Meet Mary Jo McCallum: November Employee of the Month
Even though we think it’s a good idea to be thankful every month, when November rolls around we tend to spend a little more time expressing our thankfulness.
Speaking of expressing thankfulness, we feel so fortunate to have Mary Jo McCallum on our team! Mary Jo is a Preschool Lead Teacher at our Penfield, NY location and is often referred to as the “most patient teacher ever”. We admire how she takes the time to build relationships with each of the children in her classroom and their families.
Mary Jo is an expert at adapting our BRAVO! curriculum to meet each of the children’s needs and personalities– truly delivering a personalized experience. Her enthusiasm in her classroom is contagious! We love how she keeps the children in her classroom engaged in the variety of activities she has planned throughout the day.
Miss Mary Jo is a mentor teacher and has a knack for making new team members feel welcome. She enjoys sharing her knowledge and expertise with others and we are grateful she is on our team!
