Meet Marissa Irvine: March Employee of the Month

We are thrilled to recognize Marissa Irvine as our March Employee of the Month! Since joining Doodle Bugs!, Marissa has demonstrated incredible growth and dedication. She began her journey as a Teacher Assistant, and when the opportunity arose to step into an interim Lead Teacher role, she eagerly embraced the challenge. Recognizing her passion for teaching, she enrolled in the CDA program and earned her certification, officially becoming a Lead Teacher.

Marissa’s commitment to professional development is truly commendable. Most recently, she expressed interest in taking on additional responsibilities as a backup closer, further showcasing her eagerness to grow and contribute to the West Amherst center in new ways. Her enthusiasm for learning and dedication to her students—both past and present—make her an invaluable member of our team. Congratulations, Marissa!
