Meet Makenzie O’Neill: December Employee of the Month

We are so happy to recognize Makenzie O’Neill as our December Employee of the Month! Makenzie is a highly valued member of our team, known for her welcoming and inviting demeanor, particularly as our infant opener. She consistently demonstrates reliability and a willingness to assist whenever needed. As a lead teacher on a plan of study, Makenzie is currently pursuing her CDA certification. Additionally, she is trained as our backup kitchen manager and steps in with a positive attitude whenever required. Both parents and children greatly appreciate Ms. Makenzie, as she embodies the Doodle Bugs! Way and our mission statement!
