Meet Maddie Pender: October Employee of the Month
We are so happy to recognize Maddie Pender as our October Employee of the Month! Maddie exemplifies the qualities of an outstanding team player. She seamlessly transitions between different age groups, embracing new tasks with ease. Maddie is primarily a Teacher Assistant in a toddler classroom and is not afraid to step up and help prepare and implement curriculum, as well as conduct assessments.
Her versatility extends beyond the classroom; she efficiently manages front desk duties, addresses parent questions and phone calls, handles bumps and bruises, and ensures paperwork is filed correctly. Her dedication is evident as she frequently helps at other PA centers.
Recently, Maddie has taken on the responsibility of creating gift bags for staff birthdays and anniversaries within the center, ensuring that team members feel appreciated and celebrated. She embodies the Doodle Bugs! Way, and we are so lucky she is a part of our team!
