Meet Lily Scheffler: December Employee of the Month

We are so happy to recognize Lily Scheffler as our December Employee of the Month! During Lily’s time at Doodle Bugs!, she has taken on many roles with enthusiasm and dedication to help support the needs of the center. She started as a part-time teacher assistant, quickly took on new responsibilities, including earning her CDA and completing lifeguard certification, and is now our Lead VPK teacher.

Lily has demonstrated outstanding dedication to the children in her classroom. Her positive attitude, kindness, and attentiveness create a welcoming environment for all. She shows exceptional classroom management by respecting each child’s needs and taking the time to get to know them.

Lily embodies the Doodle Bugs! Way, and we are thrilled to have her as part of our team!
