Happy Mother’s Day Activity
Mothers sure do love flowers! Here is a simple and precious Mother’s Day keepsake that will stay colorful all-year long.
You will need: Colored construction paper, glue, family photos, scissors, green pipe cleaners
Directions:
- Cut several flower patterns out of construction paper.
- Cut photos into circles to be used as the center of the flowers.
- Glue a photo to the middle of each flower.
- Glue a green pipe cleaner to the back of each flower.
- Tie the ‘stems’ of all the flowers together with a ribbon.
- Glue to a piece of construction paper and decorate.
- Write “Happy Mother’s Day!” on the top.
- Optional: Use patterned paper (scrapbook, wrapping paper, etc.) instead of plain construction paper to make the flower petals.
