Meet Renee Ely: August Employee of the Month

Renee has been with us since 2023 and consistently demonstrates the compassion, dedication, and passion that embody the Doodle Bugs! Way. She creates a nurturing and engaging classroom environment where every child feels supported, valued, and encouraged to succeed.

Renee excels at building meaningful relationships with children and families while providing a high-quality learning experience. Through BRAVO! Curriculum and creative, hands-on activities, she keeps the children engaged and excited to learn each day. Her preparation, enthusiasm, and commitment to creating impactful learning opportunities are evident in everything she does.

Beyond her exceptional work in the classroom, Renee is a valued member of the Southpointe team. She is a dependable and supportive colleague who is always willing to share her knowledge, encourage others, and help her teammates navigate challenges. Her positive attitude and willingness to support those around her make her an incredible asset to the center.
