Meet Ginny Mazga: July Employee of the Month

We are excited to recognize Ginny Mazga as our July Employee of the Month! Ginny joined our team in February 2025 and quickly became a wonderful addition to our Lancaster center. She brings a strong background in early childhood education and a passion for supporting young learners.

Since joining as a Lead Teacher, Ginny has also been trained as a backup opener and continues to demonstrate flexibility and teamwork. She is dependable, eager to help wherever needed, and consistently steps in to support the needs of the center.

Ginny has built strong, positive relationships with the children and families in her classroom. She helps make transitions smooth by continuing to connect with children even as they move into new classrooms, helping them feel supported and cared for along the way. Her positivity, teamwork, and dedication make a difference each day, and we are grateful to have her as part of our team. We look forward to her continued impact on the children and families we serve. Congratulations, Ginny!
