Webster Pre-K Teacher Promoted to Program Coordinator

We are so proud to share this news with you all! This month, Miss Katie Fiocca, a Pre-Kindergarten Lead Teacher at our Webster location, was promoted to Rochester Program Coordinator! Let’s hear it for Miss Katie!

In her new role as Program Coordinator, Katie will provide coaching and support to classroom teachers and assistants in all age groups.

While in her postition as Lead Pre-Kindergarten, Katie successfully completed the Leadership 101 program, Doodle Mentoring program and was an active member of the Bug Squad– our community events team.

While we’ll miss having Katie in her Pre-Kindergarten classroom, we are thrilled that she will be bringing her expertise to all programs throughout our Rochester centers. Katie adds “I am so excited for this next step on my professional journey!”

We love this example of another employee climbing the Doodle Career Ladder and look forward to seeing Katie in her new role. Way to go, Katie!
