Doodle Bugs! Team Tuesday: Issue #85

“If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more,
do more and become more, you are a leader.”
– John Quincy Adams

In today’s edition of Team Tuesday, we are pleased to announce that Liz Vandetti, Webster Center Director, has been named Employee of the Year. On October 15th, at our 2nd Annual Early Childhood Conference, Anthony Insinna (President and CEO) presented Liz with the award.

Liz joined the Doodle Bugs! team in 2008 as a Program Coordinator and was promoted to Center Director in early 2010.  By sharing her passion and expertise, Liz has built an outstanding team at the Webster center; her leadership inspires the entire faculty and administration alike.

An amazing spirit is the heart of Liz’s many strengths as a Center Director, and makes her a tremendous asset to the doodle team.  She leads the Webster team by enthusiastic example – family partnerships, team building activities, and curriculum support are all facilitated with a smile
and a genuine commitment to excellence.

By honoring Liz as the Employee of the Year, Doodle Bugs! recognizes her impressive leadership skills and remarkable commitment to building a community of happy children, happy parents, and happy teachers. Many thanks, Liz, for your outstanding contributions to our team. The doodle
community is truly a better place because you CARE.
