Doodle Bugs! Team Tuesday: Issue #37

“A group becomes a team when
each member is sure enough of himself
and his contribution to praise the skills of the others.”
~Norman Shidle

Our teaching team is made up of talented individuals who share a common goal — building a community of happy children, happy parents and happy teachers. Often, a team member shares her time and expertise with another teacher, another classroom or even another center.

Today’s edition of Team Tuesday highlights one of the many ways team members recognize and celebrate their shared values. We are happy to feature Marissa’s recent experience at our Lancaster center:

“I just wanted to thank you for such a wonderful experience at your Lancaster Center a couple weeks ago.  All of your staff was extremely friendly and helpful and I enjoyed getting to meet and work with everyone.  Your students are wonderful and this is a testament to your amazing staff. ” — Marissa S., teacher assistant at the Cheektowaga Center

Carly Bruce, Cheektowaga Center Director, noted that other faculty members who visited the Lancaster center had the same experience: “They say the teachers really enjoy their work and that Amy (Center Director) is so gracious and appreciative of thier help.”

Teamwork can be summed up
in five short words:
“We believe in each other.”

Many thanks to Marissa and Carly for their kind words and to the entire Lancaster team for their warm welcome — it is certainly true that, as a team, we show that we CARE.
