Doodle Bugs! Team Tuesday: Issue #32

“Example is leadership.”
— Albert Schweitzer

Building a community of happy children, happy parents and happy teachers requires a Center Director who leads by enthusiastic example. It’s a pleasure to feature Sara Utech, Orchard Park Center Director, for her genuine commitment to our mission — team building is her specialty!

Team Tuesday: Sara Utech (Orchard Park center)

Sara is known for adding creativity and excitement to our program. Everyone appreciates her attention to ‘the fun factor’. During her tenure as the Cheektowaga Center Director, Sara organized the first annual Holiday Extravaganza and End-of-Summer Family Picnic, traditions that now continue at the Orchard Park center. To show her appreciation for her talented teaching team, Sara recently hosted a Game Night at the Orchard Park center.

“Thanks also for all you do for Bella and the other Doodle buggers!!! I am so pleased with the center!!!” — Carmen L., parent of Bella.

Sara is also credited with the idea of offering apples to parents, children and teachers on-the-go, a gesture greatly appreciated by all doodle families!

“The apple idea is brilliant! He gets less fussy with an apple to munch on during the ride home. You are a great director! Thanks so much for all your hard work.” — Emily S., parent of Maxwell

A veteran director and past classroom teacher, Sara has been a valued member of the doodle team since 2001. Sara’s passion for early childhood education is perfectly complemented by her commitment to our company values.  Thank you, Sara, for consistently demonstrating that you CARE. The doodle community is a better place because of you!
