Doodle Bugs! Team Tuesday: Issue 265

Meet Ruby.

Ruby Ruiz has recently joined our doodle team as Recruitment Specialist– a brand new position at Doodle Bugs! Learning Academy.

From an early age, Ruby was introduced to the daily operations of a family-owned child care business; her mother founded a child care center in her Southern California hometown!

After moving to New York from California, Ruby attended Hilbert College in Hamburg, NY. In 2009 she began her career as a Bilingual Staffing Supervisor for a Fortune 500 company. Over the last several years she has successfully staffed positions for M&T Bank, Allstate, Pepsi, The Disabled American Veterans (DAV) & dozens of local WNY companies.

Since joining our team in June, Ruby has further developed our retention and recruitment strategies. She has also established a relationship with over 50 colleges and universities and is working in conjunction with them to develop an internship program for all Doodle Bugs! locations. We look forward to all the ways these enhanced recruitment initiatives will contribute to our mission of happy children, happy parents and happy teachers.
