Doodle Bugs! Team Tuesday: Issue #25

“Feeling gratitude and not expressing it
is like wrapping a present and not giving it.”
— William Arthur Ward

A talented teaching team is the cornerstone of our schools’ success. Families appreciate our team’s dedication and enthusiasm, identifying our teachers as one of the program’s greatest strengths!

In today’s edition of Team Tuesday, it is a pleasure to recognize Heather Furner, Pre-Kindergarten teacher at our West Amherst center. With almost a decade of doodle experience, Heather is one of the skilled veteran teachers who anchors our team. Maxine’s mom, Toni, shares her thoughts on Heather’s expertise:

Heather Furner (West Amherst center)

  • “My daughter recently graduated from Ms. Heather’s class and I have to tell you that she has had an absolutely wonderful experience with Heather. I saw from one of the newsletters that Heather has been with you now for nearly a decade and I can see why–she truly embodies the Doodle Bugs! philosophy…”
  • “She is an exceptional teacher and has proactively addressed my concerns. She is always on top of everything, and I simply cannot say enough good things about her…I am really happy with how open and responsive Heather has always been when I need to speak to her, whether it is from something mundane or something more serious. I also know that many parents share my view on what a great teacher Heather is.”

Thank you, Heather, for your obvious commitment to building a community of happy children, happy parents and happy teachers. The doodle community is a better place because you CARE.
