Meet Our Team!

Our Henrietta location has a new Director-in-Training and Director Assistant.

About Jackie:

I became a member of the doodle team in 2010 as a classroom teacher at the Penfield center. I was soon promoted to the Center Assistant position, then Director Assistant role, here at the Henrietta center.

It is a pleasure to now serve as the Director-in-Training. The training I received to prepare to cover Cait’s maternity leave last year is being supplemented with additional management-level training sessions to continue to enhance my leadership skills.

I understand that families trust our team to provide a safe and nurturing educational experience – as a parent and as an administrator, I take that responsibility very seriously. You can count on me to partner with our talented teachers and our new Director Assistant to make sure your family feels at home at our center.

To all of our current families, thank you for letting me be a part of your children’s lives thus far – it has been such a great experience! – and to all of our new families, welcome to the doodle family. I look forward to working with all of you.

About Arlene:

I joined the Doodle Bugs! team in 2009 as a toddler teacher and have since continued my ‘doodle experience’ as a lead preschool teacher and a member of the education support team. I am excited to now begin my new role as a Director Assistant at the Henrietta center.

My coworkers and families enrolled in my classroom often mention that they appreciate my dedication, positive attitude, and sincere love of teaching. I am also proud of my strong work ethic and the fact that I am truly a team player. As the Director Assistant, I will work closely with Jackie and will use these traits to develop lasting partnerships with the children, their families, and the faculty.

I look forward to meeting you and to helping the Henrietta team continue to provide the best educational program for your child.
