Doodle Bugs! Standard of the Week: 2/25/13

The attached SOTW reminds team members of the importance of appropriately scheduling time off.

Specifically, teachers should keep the 3 C’s in mind – Consistency, Consideration and Conversation.

Each of these is explained, with a few examples, on the flyer below – but can easily be summed up:

• Consistency = Putting children first.
• Consideration = Caring about coworkers.
• Conversation = Talking to the director, to reach a mutually agreeable decision.

The SOTW will be posted for parents to see, in the faculty lounge, and placed in each classroom’s mail-slot.
