Doodle Bugs! Friday Five

Happy Friday! We’re happy to share 5 fun doodle details, to start your weekend with a smile:

  1. Our Grandparents Day celebration was a tremendous success! Many thanks to every Nanna, Papa, Grandma, Grandpa, Nonna, Nonno, Granny and Gramps who stopped by to join in the fun! Be sure to check out our album of photos on Facebook.
  2. This week’s curriculum theme of ‘I am Special’ promoted self awareness and self esteem through a variety of learning experiences. Students enjoyed using mirrors in the science center to take an up-close look at their smiling faces.
  3. Concepts like self-awareness are reinforced through classroom routines. Our littlest learners love a game of ‘Who’s Who?’ with friends!
  4. Music is an important part of every doodle day. There’s nothing better than playing a song for your friends!
  5. Doodle Bugs! 1st Annual Early Childhood Conference is right around the corner! Everyone’s excited about this awesome professional development opportunity, held at Samuel’s Grande Manor on October 2nd. Special thanks to our incredible doodle families for their generous donations of prizes for our talented teachers — these gift baskets look amazing!

Have a great weekend!
