Characteristics of a Great Teacher

  • I get involved in the children’s play by asking opened-ended questions and encouraging them to be creative and to try new things.
  • I say yes more often than I say no.
  • My tone of voice is respectful and kind, even when I am disciplining.
  • I warmly greet every child and every parent by name each day.
