Education Team
Our professionally designed curriculum provides teachers with daily, theme-related activity plans and learning objectives for their classrooms. To help teachers effectively implement the curriculum and adapt to children’s individual needs, our Education Team provides on-site monitoring, training, and support.
Monthly Directors' Meetings
Doodle Bugs! recognizes that quality programming begins with quality leadership. Monthly meetings provide Center Directors and administrators with a full day of training focused on education, operations, customer service and current industry trends.
Comprehensive Training Program
Ongoing professional development guarantees that doodle teachers and administrators are always learning and are committed to continuous improvement. All team members participate in a minimum of 30 training hours per 2-year licensing period. Training opportunities include specialized education sessions, conference attendance, faculty meetings, and more!
