Highly Developed Hiring Processes
Our hiring process is best described as ‘intense’. Prior to being hired, applicants are carefully screened and interviewed. Each potential employees’ history is then carefully checked, including fingerprinting, criminal background investigations, medical examinations, and detailed reference checks. New employees then participate in New Hire Orientation, a vigorous hands-on training that introduces doodle policies and procedures which explain our high standards.
Impressive Faculty Retention
We’re thrilled to report that our employee turnover rate is significantly less than the industry standard. We recruit and retain fantastic employees who are building their careers as early childhood professionals. Several team members are celebrating 10+ years of doodle experience; these veteran faculty members anchor our team, providing training and support for new employees.
Health Care Consultant
Our Health Care Consultant personally visits and monitors each Doodle Bugs! location to insure that our centers exceed the acceptable standards for cleanliness, safety, and health care; she also personally trains our faculty on a broad range of health and safety topics.
Regulation Compliance
