Karen and Herb Ego are the proud franchise owners of the Doodle Bugs! child care and preschool center in Victor, NY. Karen, the Center Director, has spent 13 years teaching at one of Rochester’s best independent schools. Herb serves as the center’s business manager.

The Doodle Bugs! child care and preschool center in Victor opened in August 2013. The state-of-the-art facility features a two-story play village, spacious classrooms, a parent's lounge, a full service kitchen, huge playground, Watch Me Grow internet viewing, and many other features that you've come to expect from Doodle Bugs!. We love nurturing young children and instilling a lifelong love of learning. We are proud to serve the community of parents who put their trust in us.

Karen, Center Director and co-owner, spent nearly 15 years teaching kindergarten and 1st grade. She has a Master’s Degree in Education from Nazareth College and an MBA from the University of Maryland. Karen, along with her husband, Herb, started the franchise as a way to combine their talents and experience. Since September 2012, they have been dedicated to providing a warm, loving, educational environment to each and every child in their care.
