Bravo! - Tae Kwon Do
 Our Tae Kwon Do Program is an introduction to the martial arts for children. This beginner's program offers children a strong foundation in essential character building qualities such as discipline, courtesy, and respect. In addition, the program is designed to improve children's motor skills and enhance their ability to pay attention and follow directions.
Research has shown that young children's physical, social and emotional growth is greatly enhanced by participation in martial arts programs. Specifically, children who take part in these programs often benefit through increased:

Each Tae Kwon Do class runs for 30-minutes and is taught by a qualified and experienced martial arts instructor. Our classes use safe, fun, and exciting instruction methods in a relaxed, non-competitive environment.
