The Doodle Bugs! Difference
Doodle Bugs! success is directly related to your family’s happiness, so our commitment to children, their parents and our staff is unparalleled in this industry. Unlike traditional “daycare providers,” we give careful attention to each and every aspect of the Doodle Bugs! experience, from our beautifully unique interior designs to our professionally trained staff. Put simply, our family understands your family’s needs, and is committed to exceeding your expectations.
We’re especially proud of the following “doodle differences”:
Innovative Programs
Extraordinary Facilities
Outstanding Staff
Doodle Bugs! is a great place to work – that's why we attract energetic, loving and well-qualified caregivers.
- Our lead teachers are degreed in early childhood / elementary education and are required to obtain CPR/AED certification. Teachers, teacher assistants and directors also complete at least 15 hours of in-service training per year.
- Our employees are appreciated by management, receive above average compensation and are offered many fringe benefits which are typically not provided by other centers in the area.
- Staff turnover at Doodle Bugs! is nearly fifty percent less than the industry standard.
... and more
- Doodle Bugs! has been awarded Early Age accreditation by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools - Commission on Secondary Schools. We are the first child care and preschool programs in the Buffalo area to be so honored by the Commission. Click here to learn more.
- Doodle Bugs! is the only company in the child care industry locally with a Professional Training Center. Located at our corporate headquarters, the state-of-the-art training center supplements our staff’s education with amazing in-service training opportunities, including:
- CPR/AED certification courses

- Medication Administration Training certification courses
